The Local Government Key Result Areas (LGKRAs) and key performance indicators were presentedโnot as conclusions, but as waypoints in an ongoing journey.
And then the discussion began.
Not only on what has been achieved, but on what remains constrained. On delays that interrupt delivery, on coordination that must be strengthened, and on the distance that still exists between planning and execution.
Yet within these discussions, a common understanding emerged: that governance is not the work of one office, nor one level, but of many acting in alignment.
Thus, the review did not end as a conclusion.
It ended as a continuationโwith a shared resolve to strengthen coordination, accelerate implementation, and move with greater clarity toward the fulfillment of the 13th Five-Year Plan targets.
