Trashigang Dzongkhag Administration today marked the successful completion of a one-day orientation and onboarding programme for 29 new team members stepping into service across the dzongkhag.
Among them: 26 PGDE-qualified teachers โ including 5 trained counsellors โ ready to shape young minds in classrooms across the district, alongside 1 Administrative Assistant and 2 Agriculture Supervisors who will strengthen the dzongkhagโs administrative and farming support systems.
The orientation offered more than paperwork and protocol. New recruits were introduced to the values, responsibilities, and spirit of public service that define life in Trashigang โ a reminder that every posting here carries the weight and privilege of serving Tsa-Wa-Sum.
