The employees serving in the Dzongkhag headquarter, who received promotion on 1st July, 2022, were imparted with a certificate of promotion along with Khadar during a wee promotion conferring ceremony. It was one of the initiatives of the Dzongkhag Secretariat to recognize and appreciate the service of the employees.
