Coinciding with auspicious day, new Dzongrab Dorji Duba joined office with brief ceremonial offerings held at Lamai Lhakhang which was presided over by Lam Neten.

Besdies colleagues from Dzongkhag Administration, well wishers, kiths and kins throned the Lhakhang and offered Tashi khadar with deep sense of jubilation and happiness.

He was previously serving the Dzongkhag as Planning Officer. With his rich experience in HR and planning, the Dzongkhag Administration is poised to move forward with added vigor and zeal in the years ahead.
