3.5 KM of Irrigation channel at Khangdari & Godari under Yangneer Gewog which was constructed by the Desuung National Water Project Service inaugurated on 14th November. Dasho Dzongdag, the Chief Guest along with other dignitaries graced the inaugural ceremony.

Khangdari & Godari are renown for hefty cultivation of paddy. However, absence of proper irrigation channel had plagued the production for last few years. This new channel is an immense blessing for the farmers to grow more paddy and contribute towards the national goal of becoming self sufficient country.
